• If you have any questions about the size of an item please contact us prior to ordering so that we may discuss any concerns you may have reguarding fit or size.

Mis-spelled items:

• Please check that your names are spelled correctly. 
• Please make sure your initials are in the correct order.
• If Smokin' Feathers Embroidery mis-spells a name we will replace the item the exact same way it was ordered.  No changes will be made to the item other than the name correction.

Shipping:

Orders will be shipped USPS.  We have a flat rate fee on our shopping cart at this time.  If your postage is less then we will refund the difference. 

If you are local and would like to come by Smokin' Feathers and pick up your order please allow 3 days for item to be personalized.  An E-mail will be sent when order is ready.
